Do I have to state my budget before the project begins?
Although our renovation service is affordable and high-quality, stating your budget allows us to propose a design suitable for you within the budget. Stating your budget is a vital step in any home renovation process, as is satisfying our client. Moreover, our designs are tailor-made for each client according to their budgets.
How can I determine the cost of my project before work starts?
You can book a consultation with one of our professionals to conduct a complete assessment of what you want and the cost. You can also check online to determine the current price of renovations in your vicinity or talk to friends that have just renovated their homes. However, if you feel it is stressful, talk to us; we will gladly help out.
Is your renovation company licensed and insured?
Yes, it is. We are fully licensed and insured with millions of dollars in liability coverage. We know accidents are inevitable, but we have a professionally trained working team with years of experience under their belt. Additionally, we follow strict building standards and regulations to prevent dangerous situations during any renovation process.
How about a warranty?
Yes, all our clients get at least a 12-month warranty for each renovated space, including installation, labor, and general work. We offer a 3 – 5 years warranty on building materials and up to 10 years on ceramic, stones, and wood. We do advise the homeowners to maintain their houses to extend the durability of the materials used.
Do I need a permit?
That depends on the renovation work been done on your property. If you are looking to do a simple upgrade or beautification, you do not require a permit.

However, for significant additions, plumbing, or electrical works, you will require a permit.

You can get the permit yourself, or we will help you acquire the right one according to the renovation.

Can I bring an independent contractor for the job?
No, you cannot, and it is not a possibility. We are the sole contractor for the job and will supply all that is necessary to complete it.

When we work with our team, we have many privileges employed to enable us to complete the project. It helps us to follow up with the progress of the work according to our terms and building standards without undue distractions.

Do I move out or stay in during a renovation?
We advise all our clients to move out during a renovation, regardless of the size, especially if your home has little kids. The noise and movement of workers in and out are really uncomfortable and feels like an inconvenience. If the renovation or remodeling is an additional space outside the main house, you can stay back but keep away from every construction zone.
